We are young and old, male and female, single and married, with and without kids. We are just people that have fallen in love with Jesus, and the idea that we can’t change the world, but we can change somebody’s world.
We are failures, successes, fathers, sons, daughters, business owners, employees, and the list goes on. The long and short of it is that we are probably a lot like you. We have had dreams and aspirations that have not come true, and we have had some that have. Most of all we realize that life is a journey and most of us need help along the way. So whatever that looks like, that is what you’ll find within the intersect community.
We have served each other through things as simple as friendships and we have served each other by pouring concrete, putting a floor in, or helping in a financial crisis. Our desire is that no one should ever feel that they are alone in this life, we want to be beside each other and to be there through the good times and bad.
We have served those outside our community by feeding them, or by putting a roof on for them. We realize that people have needs, we know this because we have needs. We desire nothing more than to be the hands and feet, as well as the heart of Jesus.
